Spectacular shows include Disneyland Forever, Fantasmic!, Main Street Electrical Parade, and World of Color.

Times vary throughout the year, so check Disneyland's calendar for today's events.

Disneyland Forever

Fireworks at the castle

Disneyland Forever incorporates pyrotechnics, music, and fireworks to tell a magical story. Disneyland Forever typically runs nightly at 9:30 PM during the summer and on the weekends the rest of the year. The show incorporates iconic Main Street locations such as Rivers of America and the Matterhorn mountain.

Main Street bursts to life as colors and projections add to the story, which uses everyone's favorite characters such as Peter Pan, Mary Poppins, Simba, and Nemo. Guests will be amazed as Nemo swims above the Sleeping Beauty Castle and Elsa creates a stunning ice palace. The music is inspiring, and the fireworks finale is dazzling!

Fantasmic!

Fantasmic! stars everyone's favorite Disney hero, Mickey Mouse. Join Mickey Mouse during this fantastic nighttime show that features live performers, pyrotechnics, projections, and music.

The show happens nightly at 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM during the summer, holidays, and weekends. During quiet months such as January and February, the show may only run once a night or just on the weekends. Fantasmic! can be seen around the Rivers of America.

During the show, guests watch as Mickey Mouse dreams. In the dream, Mickey becomes the Sorceror's Apprentice. Guests watch favorite scenes from Fantasia, such as pirates, pink elephants, and scenes from The Lion King, Aladdin, and Pirates of the Caribbean. Mickey must defeat Maleficent, who appears as a 45-foot tall dragon. The show ends with hope and victory, and Mickey saves the day.

Main Street Electrical Parade

Electrical Parade at Disneyland

The Main Street Electrical Parade is led by Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Goofy. The train and drum unit leads the way, and Main Street fills with half a million lights, music, beautiful floats, and exciting displays. The imaginative floats depict scenes from favorite movies such as Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, and Peter Pan.

To celebrate the parade's 50th anniversary, Disneyland added a new grand finale float. The new float features scenes from Disney and Pixar movies and celebrates togetherness. The float features fan favorites from movies such as The Jungle Book, Mulan, Coco, Encanto, and more.
